Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Free shipping may be available on selected products or on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website from time to time).

Remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 10 business days).

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issues, the courier may re-attempt delivery.
In some cases, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
